The lady at the reception was really kind! She spoke English and was just very pleasant to meet late at night. She was kind enough to meet us outside because we didn't see the entrance (we were on the wrong side of the building), she showed us how the heating worked! And it worked perfect, the room heated up quick and stayed good warm for the rest of the night, The kitchen is very small but it's good enough for something small to eat and there's a fridge where you can keep your food cool. The parking lot and garage were perfect. The elevator worked fine too. The receptionstaff in the morning was again very kind. There's a big shopping mall on the other side of the street, you can find a lot here, restaurants too! It was really quiet at night so pertfect for a good night sleep! We really liked our stay and will definitly return if we stop in Tours again. Merci beaucoup!

We had two rooms together for our family and it was ideal. We are a family of 5, two adults, two teens and a three year old. 116a was decent sized room with a Double bed and good sized bathroom with coffee making facilities.. Then 116b opened into a kitchenette/sitting room with small dinning table, sofa bed (which I found to be very comfy). Then a separate bedroom off this with two single beds. There was also access to a balcony/ terrace with table and chairs which we ate our breakfast on. The room was clean and well equipped. We loved having two bathrooms. The under ground car park was useful and pretty much empty. Good location, just opposite a tram stop and the 2 Lions Quarter which has plenty of restaurants and cafés.

Perfect stopover apartment, especially if you have a dog and opt for a balcony. There is a super park less than 5 mins away and the shopping centre across the road is dog friendly. It also has a Monoprix for groceries. Extra charge for the dog was €12. On street and the hotel’s own surface level parking appeared to be free.

Suzy

It was located next to the tram network which made it very convenient to get to the centre of the city. The staff were very helpful, the underground car park was easy to use, the showers had good pressure and the general atmosphere of the place was very welcoming.

B

Easy check-in even late at night. The reception is very kind and helpful. There are vending machines which is handy in case you need something during the night. The place was quite clean and the location was convenient with easy parking and close to food outlets.
